City Bayswater Skating Club is an affiliated Club of Roller Sports Australia,
the National body for Roller Skating within Australia, and its State body Roller
Sports Victoria.
Intricate turns and shapes whilst tracing a figure eight and loop shape marked on the skating surface. There are over sixty different figures to learn.
The skater (or pair of skaters) performs to music a choreographed routine consisting of a variation of jumps, spins and intricate footwork.
Ballroom style techniques, skaters perform as a team (Pairs) or individual (Solo Dance) to music selections according to the tempo.
